myPhonak Junior

The myPhonak Junior app provides an interactive and personalized hearing journey for your child, tailored to their individual needs. Collaborating with your hearing care professional is crucial in determining which features of the app will be most advantageous.

The Remote Control function, specifically designed for children aged 6 and above (under supervision when necessary), enables your child to adjust their hearing aids' settings to enhance their listening experience in challenging environments. The myPhonak Junior app has been meticulously crafted to empower children within an age-appropriate context while maintaining optimum hearing performance.

Remote Support* is suitable for families and children of all ages. It allows you to stay connected with your hearing care professional remotely. Whether your child is still young and you, as the primary contact person, are responsible for their appointments, or your child is old enough to manage their own hearing appointments, Remote Support offers the convenience of "hearing check-ins" that can be scheduled around your busy lifestyle. Remote Support appointments can be combined with clinic visits for minor adjustments to the hearing aids or utilized as a dedicated consultation touchpoint.

The myPhonak Junior app empowers children aged 6 and above (under supervision when necessary) to:

<li>Access information on wearing time and battery status (for rechargeable hearing aids)</li>
<li>Access quick information, FAQs, tips, and tricks</li>

The app also features safety controls that enable parents/guardians to:

<li>Tailor the child's experience based on their level of development and independence through parental controls</li>
<li>Configure automatic activation when out of the charger for rechargeable hearing aids</li>
<li>Adjust Bluetooth bandwidth configuration for phone calls</li>
